Victoria manages the front-end experience—ensuring clear communication, organization, and responsiveness—while Cassia oversees the construction side with over a decade of hands-on remodeling experience. After more than 11 years in the remodeling industry, Cassia built a strong foundation in hands-on construction and project execution. After taking a step back for a few years, the opportunity to return came with a new vision—one that combined her experience with a fresh perspective.

That’s where Victoria came in. With a natural eye for design and a strong background in organization and client experience, she brought a new level of structure, communication, and creativity to the business. Together, we created a partnership that blends design, functionality, and execution seamlessly.

Our long-term goal is to grow Checklist Remodeling into a full-service remodeling company while continuing to flip homes and build a lasting family business.
